Online Courses - Commercial Optimisation

FlightInsight, run by Dan George, was already an established business selling aviation training courses via the Teachable platform using Youtube as its main customer acquisition channel. 

Latitude added a layer of e-commerce expertise to the excellent content to achieve the following results:

Starting end of March 2023, Latitude Projects worked with the founder, Dan George,  to optimise the website and implement a conversion-led funnel for the most high-intent traffic. All landing pages were redesigned and rebuilt, zero-party data collection was introduced, including the integration of testimonials for social proof.

After a few months of working together, in July 2023, Latitude delivered a 336% increase on the previous year’s sales in units, and an 400% increase in revenue.

Ambre Victoire

Ambassador / Influencer - Platform Diversification

Ambre Victoire has amassed a significant and engaged following on Instagram as a result of the compelling content she creates with collaborators. As a surfer, coach, movement specialist, events organiser and style innovator, Instagram’s limited user experience and design options cannot do justice to her unique blend of talents.

Latitude created the website www.ambre-victoire.com using Squarespace to showcase her range of work and provide a personalisable and customised platform. We provided guidance on structure and layout, but gave Ambre the tutorials and support to shape the website as she chooses.

From booked out surf retreats to increased demand from brands, the immediate benefits are clear, but this is an ongoing project that develops organically with Ambre’s objectives. 

Surf Pool Technology - Website Rebuild & Funnel Set-up

Surf Loch has the most sophisticated wave creation technology on earth.  They are technological leaders in a growing industry that will bring waves to everyone, everywhere.

Prior to the launch of their first public space - the Palm Springs Surf Club - they needed a quick website refresh and rebuild.

In order to streamline the sales process and clarity of information for what is a highly technical and capital intensive piece of kit, the information was edited to be more concise, and the UX of the site was simplified.

The target audience was segmented into possible clients for the technology, media requests and interested members of the public.

Each segment had it’s own automated information flow so that the sales teams were freed up to focus on ongoing projects and able to identify new prospects with the right profile.

For this project, speed was of the essence, and the whole process was completed in 3 weeks from redesign to execution.
