Profile:

Jordan, AKA Djoko, was born in Bayonne and raised in Biarritz, he credits four years in Senegal and extensive travel as foundational inspiration. He’s self-taught in three languages (four if you count French!) and has impressively expressive skills on snow, skate and surf boards.

He grew up in an artistic family, and cultivated a profound artistic sensibility, manifested through captivating photography, explosive painting, and detailed graphic design. He now produces, models, directs, curates… Well, you get the idea.

He has assembled an impressive cast of collaborators who are all pushing creative boundaries with an impressive array of projects.

Keks Machine carries out video production - capturing Djoko and the crew as they surf, skate, party and create around Biarritz and the globe.

In 2021 Jordan created a concrete tidal wave with the launch of BTZ Downhill, an event that brought together thousands of spectators and participants for a street party on wheels. He somehow managed to engage the support of the town hall for this wild event, illustrating an ability to legitimately and honestly plant feet in two camps that would typically be in conflict.

He pulled off this impressive magic act to an even greater degree with 2024’s Woodscote Festival - where the mayor of Biarritz opened the event by stamping a skateboard in two. This 3-day event reimagined the hills and space surrounding the event, redefining new parameters for fun and festivals in Biarritz.

Djoko is an authentic and legitimate creative force and has worked with brands such as Globe, Quiksilver, Afends, Wetty Wetsuits & Misfit.

Inspired by the people and nature around him, he’s enjoying the present to its fullest, but we’re excited to see where he will take the future !
